Wow, I can't believe that the first swim meet has already arrived. It seems like just yesterday was the first day of practice. We have seen some great improvements in the swimming. Remember, in order to swim fast focus on your technique. We are excited to see you guys swim your fastest and show all that great team spirit.

    • Warm-ups will start at 7:30. Parents, please make sure that your children get to their events with plenty of time before the race. The meets theme is Penguin Pride so lets get all our penguin attire together and show highlands our team spirit. GO PENGUINS!
